We appreciate your cooperation and are committed to maintaining complete confidentiality of all reports received. We also want to make it clear that we will not retaliate against individuals who report and/or cooperate in good faith with investigations into alleged violations.

Consequently, we do not tolerate unfounded or malicious reports against innocent people.

Once we receive a report, we will seek to gather the necessary information for a thorough investigation, so we ask that your contributions be as complete as possible. SA LA SIBILA, nor its directors, shareholders or officers, will not be responsible for the criminal, civil, commercial or any other consequences that arise as a direct or indirect result of the complaints received.
